Have you ever wondered where the perfect climate might be to raise and train with your Performance Horse? Kings Crossing Equestrian Club is located on the verdant banks of Lake Chapala, just thirty-five minutes southwest of Guadalajara, in the beautiful State of Jalisco, Mexico. This Club utilizes 32,000 square meters (approx 8 acres) of fertile land boasting lake views and breezes, archaeological history, and lush gardens complete with various fountains and waterfalls that attract hundreds of varieties of dry-land & shore birds. The newly built Hacienda on the property features exquisite craftsmanship throughout, including marble floors, antique lighting, custom built wooden cabinets and doors, and hand forged metal work.
 
The main horse stable can facilitate 9 horses in luxurious 16' x 16' stalls with hacienda style wood and metal work , and automatic  water bowls. An open air design has been used for the stall fronts and stall partitions along with large ceiling lights and fans in each stall as well as in the 16 foot wide covered breezeway offering superb ventilation, excellent lighting and safe socialization. The same attention to construction details have been exacted to the stables to compliment the grand arches and porticos of the main house. Listen to the sound of the fountain built into the cajete that is filled with flowers and a mature avocado tree that stands protecting the stable and the lovely Lavado where the horses can be bathed and pampered.
Very close by yet a little more private on the South side of the property, built with the same exact standards of excellence, are six more stalls with large fifty foot by fifty foot grass outruns attached.

Near the main House is an FEI competition sized 20m x 60m Dressage arena with surrounding riding concourse. To complete the Dressage arena is a 70 foot wide Mirror Stand for the training of Dressage or Spanish Dance. To accommodate Events or Special Guests there is a tree shaded Flagstone viewing deck that has been incorporated into the adjacent landscape. Come to think of it we have placed viewing areas and shaded seating in several areas of the property, so your guests and/or spectators have plenty of places to sit back and relax.
To and from the concourse is a beautiful riding path that meanders past wonderful gardens and splashing waterfalls and water features offering the rider and horse a hint of the fragrant flowers blossoming all around them while enjoying the country ambiance.

There is a proud stone and iron wall that surrounds this inner horse court yard and beyond that is yet another
20,000 square meters of horse property where you will find the best footing for horses anywhere and four large, irrigated and fenced lush grass pastures of which two are constructed to contain stallions. In the centre of the property is an enormous 200' x 300' turf Grand Prix Jump Field designed to accommodate your Training needs.
Also, there is an 80' x 200' fenced sand flatwork riding arena designed to accommodate the young horse and rider in training. To compliment the acreage is a 25' wide turf riding track that circumnavigates the properties and offers a chance to soak in the beauty and majesty of the Lake and where one can truly enjoy the magic of Mexico and panoramic views of the mountains and Lake including Mescala Island .
There are also, 20,000 square meters more of the same quality of Federal Land sitting adjacent and is available for your riding pleasure and pasture usage.

Just in case the explorer in you wants an adventure on foot then you will find a great deal of pleasure in the plethora of birds that live and play off the shores of the back of the property and you will be delighted by the aerial displays of the pelicans, eagles, falcons and various ducks and egrets while realizing that you have come to an enchanted place that always offers to share the beautiful lake breezes and moderate temperatures with you.
When the day is done perhaps there is time to enjoy a swim in the pool or a barbecue or maybe later sit by the Main Stable at the Firepit deck where you can look across the Lake at the beautiful vista of lights while sitting under the starry night, roasting hotdogs or marshmellows and  listening to the haunting cries of the family of Owls that live in the 150 year plus Zalate tree.
