The Lakeshore is an ever changing vista. shrinking and expanding according to the season... which is also expressed by the intermittent appearance of free range grazing horses and cattle enjoying the use of Federal Lands. Year round there are always "Pescadoras" (Fishermen) sometimes with their families in small launch boats and or wading in the shallow waters casting nets looking to catch some of the Lake's bountiful fish population. They have to compete with the Pelicans though....whose nests are also amongst the shore life prevalent at the back of the property...
